Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore strives to stimulate, protect, and preserve homeownership and financial well-being to strengthen communities.
2023 VISION
In the next 10 years NHS Baltimore will invest over $25 million in housing through creative services and innovative loan products that assist individuals and families in making financially sound decisions regarding their homes. Additionally, NHS Baltimore will provide counseling services to over 10,000 clients.
As a result of its efforts NHS Baltimore is recognized as a pioneering housing organization and is a fiscally sound thriving local nonprofit organization.
